1.1. Thank you for choosing YesWater. By downloading, installing, and using (hereinafter referred to as "use") the mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy.
1.2. This Privacy Policy establishes the rules and procedures governing the collection, use, and protection of user information while using the application. By using YesWater, you expressly agree to adhere to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
1.3. This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the legal documents referencing it, including the License Agreement for the mobile application.
1.4. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all terms and definitions used herein carry the meanings assigned to them in the License Agreement for the mobile application.

YesWater is designed with a strong commitment to user privacy. The application does not collect, store, process, or share any type of personal or technical data.
Specifically, YesWater does not collect:
- Personal Information: such as your name, email address, age, gender, weight, or health-related details.
- Device Data: such as IP address, device model, operating system version, or device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV).
- Usage Data: any information about how you interact with the app, features used, or time spent in the application.
- Location Data: the application does not access, store, or use your geolocation.
- Health Data: YesWater does not use HealthKit and does not access or write health information.

3. User Information
2.1. While using the application, no identifiable or anonymized personal data is collected or processed.
2.2. Registration is not required, and YesWater does not request usernames, accounts, phone numbers, or any form of contact information.
2.3. YesWater does not integrate with third-party services, analytics tools, or external SDKs that could collect data on our behalf.
2.4. All information related to your water intake or other beverages is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted elsewhere.
2.5. Since no data is collected, processed, or transferred, YesWater does not maintain any logs, activity history, or usage profiles.

4. Protection of User Information
3.1. As YesWater does not collect or store user information, there is no risk of unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or modification of such information.
3.2. The application does not maintain external databases, cloud storage, or server-side infrastructure related to user data.
3.3. All functionality is performed locally on the device in accordance with user settings.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
4.1. YesWater offers two purchase options available through the App Store:
- Lifetime access
- Annual subscription
4.2. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4.3. Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their App Store account settings.
4.4. All payments are processed securely by Apple. YesWater does not store, access, or handle any payment information.

6. Liability Disclaimer
5.1. YesWater is designed as a hydration tracking tool. No warranties are made regarding the app's suitability for medical, therapeutic, or health-related purposes.
5.2. The application should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or consultation.
5.3. Users acknowledge that they utilize the application at their own discretion and risk.

7. Other Users and Third Parties
6.1. As YesWater does not provide content sharing features or external integrations, the application does not transmit any data to third parties.
6.2. YesWater disclaims any responsibility for third-party actions outside the scope of the application.

8. Children's Privacy
7.1. YesWater does not knowingly collect personal data from children, as no data collection takes place within the application.
7.2. The application is suitable for users of all ages.
