1.2. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
1.4. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the Owner.

2. License and Restrictions
2.1. The Owner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2.2. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any of its components without prior written permission from the Owner
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Circumvent technical limitations or access premium features without a valid subscription
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App
2.3. All rights not expressly granted to you remain with the Owner.

3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1. The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans, including monthly and yearly options.
3.2. Certain features of the App are available only with an active subscription, while others remain free to use.
3.3. Subscription payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. The Owner does not process, store, or access your payment information.
3.4. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
3.5. You may manage, modify, or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
3.6. If a subscription expires, access to features requiring a subscription will be limited until renewal.

4. Health Disclaimer
4.1. StopSmoke is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4.2. The App is intended solely as a motivational and informational tool to support users in tracking their progress when reducing or quitting smoking.
4.3. The Owner does not guarantee improvements in health, financial savings, or other outcomes.
4.4. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding smoking cessation or any health-related decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
5.2. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation of the App.
5.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the App
- Reliance on any information provided within the App
- Loss of data stored locally on the device
- Technical failures, errors, or malfunctions
5.4. The User assumes full responsibility for their use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, characters, logos, text, and underlying technology, are owned by the Owner.
6.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the Owner's intellectual property without prior written consent.
6.3. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Privacy
7.1. The App does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers.
7.2. All information entered by the User is stored locally on the device.

8. Termination
8.1. The Owner may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if the User violates these Terms or engages in illegal activity.
8.2. Upon termination, the license granted to the User immediately ceases, and the User must delete the App from their device.

9. Age Requirements
9.1. The App is intended for users aged 17 and older due to its smoking-related content.
9.2. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the required age threshold.

10. Changes to These Terms
10.1. The Owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2. The latest version will be available within the App or on the official website.
10.3. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
