1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Speaker Cleaner mobile application ("App").
1.2. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
1.3. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the Owner.

2. License and Restrictions
2.1. The Owner grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2. The User may not:
a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code, except as permitted by law;
c) use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
d) interfere with or attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1. The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock full access to all features.
3.2. Subscription options include:
– Weekly Subscription: automatically renews weekly at the price shown in the App. This option does not include a free trial.
– Yearly Subscription: includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews annually unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3.3. Both subscription options unlock the same full set of features. There is no functional difference between them other than the duration and billing cycle.
3.4. Payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. The Owner does not handle or store any payment information.
3.5. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect after the last day of the current subscription period.
3.6. Users may manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their Apple ID account settings in the App Store.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
4.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
4.2. The App is a utility tool intended to help remove moisture or debris from device speakers using audio frequencies.
It is not a medical product and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical conditions.
4.3. The Owner does not guarantee the effectiveness of the App on all devices or in all situations.
4.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to hardware damage or loss of data.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All rights to the App, including its design, interface, algorithms, content, graphics, and branding, belong to the Owner.
5.2. Users may not use or reproduce any intellectual property contained in the App without prior written permission.

6. Privacy
6.1. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

7. Termination
7.1. The Owner may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if the User violates these Terms.
7.2. Upon termination, the license to use the App will immediately cease, and the User must delete the App from their device.

8. Changes to the Terms
8.1. The Owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The latest version will be available within the App or on the official website.
8.2. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
