1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QR Code Scanner mobile application ("App").
1.2. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
2. License and Restrictions
2.1. The Owner grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2. The User may not:
a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code, except as permitted by law;
c) use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
d) interfere with or attempt to bypass any technical limitations of the App.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1. The App offers an auto-renewable subscription that provides access to premium features.
3.2. Subscription option:
– Weekly Subscription: includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews weekly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period.
3.3. The exact pricing is displayed within the App and may vary depending on your region.
3.4. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.
3.5. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
3.6. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.7. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
3.8. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
4. App Functionality Disclaimer
4.1. The App is designed to scan and generate QR codes for informational and convenience purposes only.
4.2. The Owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content contained in scanned QR codes.
4.3. The App does not verify the safety or legitimacy of URLs or content accessed through scanned QR codes. Users are solely responsible for exercising caution when visiting external links.
4.4. The App is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of information obtained through QR code scanning.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5.2. The Owner does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for all users.
5.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:
a) damages resulting from reliance on scanned information;
b) damages resulting from visiting malicious websites accessed via scanned QR codes;
c) loss of data stored locally on your device.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, content, features, and functionality, are owned by the Owner.
6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Privacy
7.1. The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All data (scan history, settings) is stored locally on your device.

8. User Responsibilities
8.1. You are solely responsible for:
a) the content you scan and generate using the App;
b) ensuring that you have the necessary rights to scan or generate any QR codes;
c) any consequences arising from sharing or distributing generated QR codes.
8.2. You agree not to use the App to scan or generate QR codes that:
a) contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content;
b) infringe upon the rights of third parties;
c) facilitate unlawful activities.
9. Termination
9.1. The Owner may suspend or terminate access to the App if the User violates these Terms.
9.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to the User will immediately cease.
9.3. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your device.
10. Changes to the Terms
10.1. The Owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
10.2. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
10.3. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
