QR Code Scanner is designed to respect your privacy. The App operates entirely offline and does not collect, transmit, store, or process any personal data outside your device.

3. Permissions Requested
3.1. Camera
The App requests access to your device's camera solely to scan QR codes and barcodes in real time. The camera feed is processed locally on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
3.2. Photo Gallery
The App requests access to your photo gallery only when you choose to select an existing image containing a QR code from your device. The selected image is processed locally and is never uploaded, shared, or stored by the App.
You may deny these permissions at any time through your device settings. However, without camera access, the real-time scanning feature will not function.
4. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
4.1. The App stores the following information locally on your device:

Scan History: A list of previously scanned QR codes, including their content and the date/time of scanning.
Generated QR Codes: QR codes created by the user are saved to the device's photo gallery (if the user chooses to save them).
App settings and preferences (such as sound settings, vibration preferences, etc.)

4.2. Important: All this data is stored exclusively on your device and is never accessible to the Owner or any third party.
4.3. You have full control over your data:

You can clear your scan history at any time directly from the App's settings.
You can delete all locally stored data by deleting the App from your device.

5. QR Code Generation
5.1. The App allows you to generate QR codes from text, URLs, or other data that you enter manually.
5.2. The data you enter is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted, stored, or shared with anyone.
5.3. If you choose to save a generated QR code, it is saved to your device's photo gallery. The Owner has no access to these images.
6. Browser Functionality
6.1. When you scan a QR code containing a URL, the App can open it in:

Built-in browser within the App; or
System browser (Safari on iOS / Chrome or default browser on Android)

6.2. The URL is never transmitted to the Owner or any third party. It is opened directly on your device.
6.3. Please note that the websites you visit through these browsers may have their own privacy policies, which are beyond the control of this App.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
7.1. The App offers an auto-renewable subscription option:

Weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial period

7.2. Payments are processed securely through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google), depending on your device platform.
7.3. The App does not collect, access, or store any payment or billing information. All payment processing is handled entirely by the respective store.
7.4. Subscription management and cancellation can be handled through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
8. No Third-Party Services
8.1. The App does not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or external SDKs, including but not limited to:

Firebase Crashlytics
AppsFlyer
Amplitude
Facebook SDK
Google SDK
Any other tracking or analytics services

8.2. The App does not connect to any external servers or APIs.
9. No Registration Required
9.1. The App does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use its features.
9.2. Since no registration is required, the App has no access to your email address, username, or any other account-related information.
10. Children's Privacy
10.1. The App does not knowingly collect any data from users of any age, including children under 13.
10.2. Since no data is collected, no personal information from children is stored, processed, or transmitted.
10.3. Parents and guardians may review the App's functionality and supervise their children's use to ensure compliance with their family's privacy preferences.
11. Data Security
11.1. Since the App does not collect or transmit any data, there are no server-side data storage or transmission risks.
11.2. Any data stored locally (scan history and settings) is protected by your device's operating system and security settings. We recommend that you keep your device's operating system up to date and use device-level security features (such as passcodes or biometric authentication).
11.3. In the event of device loss, theft, or unauthorized access, your locally stored data may be at risk. The Owner is not responsible for such incidents.
12. Your Rights and Choices
12.1. Since the App does not collect any personal data, the following rights are automatically respected:

Right to access — no data exists to access
Right to rectification — no data exists to correct
Right to deletion — you can delete all data by clearing history or uninstalling the App
Right to data portability — not applicable as no data is collected

12.2. You may revoke camera and gallery permissions at any time through your device settings.
