1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MathMaster mobile application ("App").
1.2. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
2. License and Restrictions
2.1. The Owner grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2. The User may not:
a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code, except as permitted by law;
c) use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
d) interfere with or attempt to bypass any technical limitations of the App.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1. The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
3.2. Subscription options include:
– Weekly Subscription: provides full access and renews weekly.
– Monthly Subscription: provides full access and renews monthly.
– Yearly Subscription: includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews annually unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period.
3.3. The exact pricing is displayed within the App and may vary depending on your region.
3.4. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
3.5. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
3.6. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.7. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
3.8. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
4. Educational Disclaimer
4.1. The App is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
4.2. The Owner does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, exam results, or academic performance improvements.
4.3. The App does not replace formal education or professional instruction.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5.2. The Owner does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for all users.
5.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, content, features, and functionality, are owned by the Owner.
6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Privacy
7.1. The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal data.

8. Termination
8.1. The Owner may suspend or terminate access to the App if the User violates these Terms.
8.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to the User will immediately cease.

9.2. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
