1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GamesForCat mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by the Owner ("Owner", "We", "Us", "Our").
1.2. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App and delete it from your device.
1.4. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the Owner.

2. License and Restrictions
2.1. The Owner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2.2. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Circumvent technical limitations, subscription requirements, or access controls
2.3. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Owner.

3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1. GamesForCat operates on a subscription-based model and offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription
3.2. Subscriptions provide access to all games and all available sounds within the App.
3.3. After the free trial period ends, an active subscription is required to continue using premium features.
3.4. Payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. The Owner does not store or access payment or billing information.
3.5. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
3.6. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via their App Store account settings.
3.7. Prices, subscription terms, and available plans may change at the Owner's discretion.

4. App Usage and Disclaimer
4.1. GamesForCat is an entertainment application designed to display interactive, animated objects on the screen for cats to engage with visually and through touch interactions.
4.2. The App does not guarantee specific behavioral responses or engagement levels from pets.
4.3. The Owner is not responsible for:
- Any damage to devices caused by pets
- Excessive or unsupervised device use
- Any unintended consequences arising from the use of the App
4.4. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the App
- Loss of access to content or subscriptions
- Device damage or malfunction
- Errors, interruptions, or bugs
5.2. Use of the App is at the User's sole risk.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, animations, images, sounds, interface elements, trademarks, logos, and branding, are the exclusive property of the Owner.
6.2. You may not use, copy, or distribute any intellectual property from the App without prior written consent from the Owner.
6.3. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Privacy
7.1. The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal data.

8. Termination
8.1. The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.
8.2. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease, and the User must delete the App from their device.

9. Age Requirements
9.1. The App is suitable for users of all ages.
9.2. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising device usage when the App is used by children.

10. Changes to These Terms
10.1. The Owner may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10.3. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.
